Working Procedure

Step 1 : Price study is done with a Technical Pack

• ​ Either received from customer

•  Or an original garment from customer with brief sheet

Step 2: Price study, quote proposals and price validation

•  Initial indicative delivery planning

•  Initial planning indicated but fixed at  PO establishment with  changes wherever applicable.

Step 3: Sampling

• First samples are payable and reimbursed/ deducted at ordering

• Samples dispatch at customer's account

​

Step 4: Delivery Lead time

•  The delivery leadtime runs as from the receipt of PO and the deposit.

•  The dates of the PPS validation and other elements linked to  production.
